HOW TO USE:
Prepare the Workpiece: Ensure your workpiece is clean and properly aligned for the desired pressing, bending, or stamping operation.
Adjust Bed Height: Utilize the heavy-duty cable winch system to position the press bed at one of the 7 available heights, matching the size of your workpiece and desired working area.
Position Workpiece: Place the workpiece securely on the press plates or appropriate adapters on the bed. For specific tasks like bearing pressing, use the correct pin and bearing press adapter from the included set.
Align Press Head: Use the lateral head adjuster to move the press head smoothly side-to-side, ensuring it is perfectly centered over the area of the workpiece you intend to press.
Connect Air Supply (Optional): If using the dual air motor for faster operation, connect an air compressor providing 110-125 PSI.
Initiate Pressing: Begin applying pressure using the hydraulic pump or engage the air motor. Monitor the large liquid-filled glycerin gauge to observe the pressing force being applied and ensure it remains within safe limits.
Maintain Safety: Keep the shatter-resistant polycarbonate guard in place during operation to protect against any flying debris. Always ensure hands and other body parts are clear of the pressing area.
Release Pressure: Once the task is complete, carefully release the pressure and retract the ram.
Remove Workpiece: Safely remove the pressed workpiece from the bed.
